After receiving a degree in American History, Kaylie embarked on a career in consumer research and began honing her expertise with Market Facts in Chicago, conducting quantitative research for a wide range of clients including Specialized Bicycles, whom she eventually joined full-time in San Francisco. When the entrepreneurial bug bit, she switched into qualitative methods and founded Imaginologie Creative Ideas & Solutions, helping consumers be more creative in traditional qualitative research like focus groups and ethnographies. Soon her Fortune 500 clients wanted more help being creative themselves, so she went into brainstorming and generated a unique & highly inclusive process and vast variety of idea-generating tools to help clients like Colgate-Palmolive, Georgia Power, Bayer, Clorox, P&G and Cardinal Health (to name just a few) achieve breakthrough solutions to some of their toughest problems and challenges. After joining Marquee as a Strategic Partner, Kaylie became the lead brain behind Marquee’s BetterIdeaz(c) Experience. She’s excited to bring her passion for innovation to Marquee’s client teams, globally.
Wise and high-energy, Kaylie has sung in large choirs at Carnegie Hall – twice! She’s a fan of the NBA’s Golden State Warriors and has been a season ticket holder for 30+ years. Fortunate to live on a beach, Kaylie takes regular walks and pens inspirational messages on stones she leaves behind for others.
